In addition, comprehensive eye examination with emphasis on diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care of numerous corneal diseases, as well as corneal traumas of different etiologies.

In addition, visiting several off-campus clinics with emphasis on the Aborigines health care, observation of private ophthalmologist / optometrist practice, providing eye care to homeless shelters and dog-guide clinics for the blind.

Battle Creek Veterans Hospital, Battle Creek, MI

Provided primary eye care service to veterans in a hospital-based environment. Developed diagnostic and management skills of patients with ocular disease and ophthalmic manifestations of systemic disease, with an emphasis on diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma cases.
