As a member of American Diabetic Association (ADA), I set up my office and entire work team in such a way that we pride ourselves on providing a very comprehensive DIABETIC EYE DISEASE evaluation, management and treatment, that includes an in-office Blood glucose level measuring, Blood Pressure measuring, and nutritional/lifestyle education on diet, exercise, supplementation, and SMOKING CESSATION counseling, which should for sure facilitate you in achieving the highest MIPS scores possible. ***Speaking of MIPS, we are fully educated on this program, participate in it full time, and collaborate  with all our specialist and PCP colleagues on this subject very well by providing MIPS-appropriate eye exam reports back to them in a very timely manner.
